CM Revanth Reddy Warns Youth in Parakala Against Protests, Fake Social Media Posts

PARAKALA, Warangal — Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy cautioned unemployed youth and citizens against sharing false information on social media or participating in street protests, warning that police cases would render applicants ineligible for state government jobs.

Speaking at a public meeting in Parakala in Warangal on Sunday, the Chief Minister addressed ongoing agitations by farmers and job aspirants, asserting that adverse online posts would attract strict consequences.

“Many are under the illusion that sharing false facts on social media will benefit them, but it will be futile. You will be beaten black and blue,” Revanth Reddy said during his address.

The Chief Minister accused opposition parties of misleading unemployed youth and instigating them to stage protests against the government. He assured the gathering that government job notifications would be released in phases and urged job seekers not to fall prey to opposition politics.

“Do not participate in protests. If police book cases, you will be ineligible for the jobs,” the Chief Minister said.

Targeting the Bharat Rashtra Samithi, Revanth Reddy alleged that the opposition party had conducted a blood donation camp at its office and sold the donated blood units to private hospitals for profit. He urged the youth not to trust the party.

Addressing legislative matters, the Chief Minister stated that the upcoming Telangana Assembly session would take place in September rather than the first week of August as previously scheduled. He stated that the Congress government was ready to hold discussions comparing the achievements of the previous BRS regime with the performance of the current administration over the past two and a half years.

Highlighting welfare initiatives, Revanth Reddy said he was working 18 hours a day to implement government promises. He stated that the administration is providing Rs 12,000 per acre under the Rythu Bharosa scheme, disbursing Rs 36,000 crore to farmers over the past 32 months alongside spending Rs 30,000 crore on free power supply for agriculture.
