Hyderabad Task Force Arrests Three in Falaknuma Over Illegal Injections

The Hyderabad City Commissioner’s Task Force has busted an illegal network involved in the sale and peddling of Mephentermine Sulphate injections, arresting three persons from Falaknuma while another suspect remains absconding.

Acting on specific information, the task force team apprehended Mohammad Aejaz, 23, a resident of Nawab Saheb Kunta in Falaknuma. Officers seized Mephentermine Sulphate injections and used syringes from his possession during the raid.

During questioning, Aejaz revealed that he had procured the injections from Mohammed Zuber, 30. According to police, Zuber ordered the consignments online, which were then delivered through third-party courier services.

Police said Zuber purchased packs containing 30 injections for approximately Rs. 5,000 and resold each individual injection for around Rs. 1,000, generating significant illicit profits.

Along with Aejaz and Zuber, the task force also arrested Mohammed Saif Khan, 20. Another identified suspect in the racket, Shubham Rajput of Rajasthan, is currently absconding.

In total, the police seized 110 Mephentermine Sulphate vials, 25 syringes, and three mobile phones, with the seized items valued at approximately Rs. 6 lakh.
