Phenom to Create Over 2,000 Jobs and Expand Footprint in Telangana

Global Applied AI firm Phenom has announced plans to expand its operations in India, creating more than 2,000 additional jobs while widening its physical footprint in Telangana.
The human resources and workforce transformation company is deepening its presence in India through stepped-up investments in technology, talent, and innovation. The company's India operations are currently centred in Hyderabad, alongside additional centres located in Visakhapatnam and Bengaluru.
Phenom plans to showcase its India growth strategy at IAMPHENOM India 2026, scheduled to take place on December 17 at Novotel Hyderabad. The conference is designed as a dedicated platform for Applied AI in HR and IT, bringing together human resources professionals, talent acquisition leaders, HRIT teams, and C-suite executives to discuss AI-driven outcomes in hiring, employee development, and workforce retention.
Mahe Bayireddi, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Phenom, stated that the future of work is shaped by how organisations invest in their people. He noted that the upcoming Hyderabad event is intended to help industry leaders transition from experimenting with AI to actively transforming how people work, develop, and grow.
