Unidentified Worker Electrocuted at Siddiq Nagar in Madhapur

An unidentified man, suspected to be a migrant worker from another state, died of electrocution at Siddiq Nagar in the Anjaiah Nagar area of Madhapur on Wednesday.

The fatal incident came to light in the Siddiq Nagar locality, following which police personnel were alerted and promptly reached the spot to take stock of the situation.

Upon arriving at the scene, the police secured the area and shifted the body to a hospital for a post-mortem examination.

Investigators stated that establishing the identity of the deceased has proved difficult. A search of the body revealed no identity documents, wallet, or other personal details that could indicate the man's name or home address.

According to the police, the deceased is suspected to have been a migrant labourer who had relocated from another state for work. In the absence of identification papers, officials are working to confirm his background.

A case has been registered by the police regarding the electrocution, and formal efforts remain under way to trace his family and establish his identity.
