ASKIndia Society Invites Entries for 2026 National Handwriting Competition
ASKIndia Society has invited entries from students of Classes 1 to 12 for the 2026 National Handwriting Competition, announced in Hyderabad on October 7. The annual event will be conducted in stages, beginning at the school level before progressing to district, State, and national levels, with December 15 set as the final date to participate.
The organisation has been conducting national-level handwriting competitions for the past 15 years to foster interest and awareness among young learners. According to V Stephen, the National Controller of ASKIndia Society, the primary objective of the contest is to highlight the enduring significance of handwriting during formative schooling years.
In an official statement, Stephen noted that handwriting serves as a major investment for future professional growth. He emphasised the importance of moulding one's handwriting during student life, pointing out that it actively reflects an individual's personality.
The competition regularly draws large participation, with more than three lakh students taking part across the country every year. Participants first compete within their respective schools, and selected winners subsequently advance through district and state rounds to qualify for the final national-level competition.
Students across various categories from Class 1 through Class 12 are eligible to submit their entries for the competition. Organisers stated that interested participants and schools can obtain further details through the website www.indianolympiads.com or by sending an inquiry via WhatsApp to 8056001200 before the December 15 deadline.
