Telangana LRS 25% Rebate Offer for 2020 Applicants Ends July 31

The 25 per cent rebate on the Land Regularisation Scheme (LRS) in Hyderabad and across Telangana will end on July 31. The discount offer, which commenced on May 1, applies exclusively to property owners who applied for regularisation under the scheme in 2020 and have cleared their dues.

The Land Regularisation Scheme is designed to integrate unapproved and illegal layouts into the formal planning system. By bringing unplanned areas into the fold of planned development, the scheme enables authorities to provide basic facilities and promote integrated development at both the area and city levels.
