Rapido Launches Pink Bike Women-Only Two-Wheeler Service in Hyderabad

Rapido has launched its women-only Pink Bike service in Hyderabad, introducing a dedicated two-wheeler mobility option where female captains cater exclusively to women passengers across the city.
The service has been introduced to make two-wheeler commuting more comfortable for female passengers, particularly college students and working professionals who need to travel during late hours. Under the Rapido Pink framework, the platform's ride-matching system ensures that both the captain operating the bike and the passenger taking the trip are women.
Beyond offering transportation, the initiative functions as an employment avenue for women seeking flexible earning opportunities as two-wheeler captains. The platform features no fixed login restrictions, giving captains the freedom to log on and accept rides according to their own personal availability and schedules.
According to details released during the launch, women operating on the platform can earn an estimated ₹400 for two hours of work and ₹800 for four hours. Rapido has also introduced a 0% commission policy for the Pink Bike service, enabling captains to retain the entire amount earned from their completed trips.
In addition to trip fares, the company is offering financial incentives to onboard riders. These include a joining bonus of up to ₹5,000, along with separate daily and weekly performance incentives. Women interested in enrolling as Pink Bike captains can register by downloading the Rapido Captain mobile application.
