Police Arrest 10 Fake Doctors Running Clinics in Medchal and Sangareddy

The Quthbullapur Special Operations Team (SOT) and RC Puram zonal teams, alongside local police, raided 10 clinics across Medchal-Malkajgiri and Sangareddy districts and arrested 10 unlicensed and unqualified medical practitioners.
Quthbullapur Deputy Commissioner of Police N Koti Reddy stated that during the raids, the accused individuals were found operating medical clinics without the required qualifications or valid professional credentials.
According to the police, several of the raided facilities were offering specialised paediatric consultations and treatments. In addition, other clinics were found to have set up beds for admitting patients on the premises.
During the joint enforcement operation, law enforcement personnel seized an assortment of diagnostic tools and devices from the clinics. The confiscated items included 10 stethoscopes, nine blood pressure monitors, 10 thermometers, and other medical equipment.
The police identified five of the arrested practitioners as Vurkala Buchaia, Mothukuri Sudhakar Chary, Darmagouni Anja Goud, Ramawath Prakash, and Mekala Akshay Kumar.
The remaining five accused persons taken into custody were identified as Kodi Narayana, G Prahalad, Konapala Buchi Babu, S Srinivas Rao, and P Gangaram.
