Mahindra University Hosts Pramaan International Conference 2026 in Hyderabad

Mahindra University’s School of Management in Hyderabad hosted the Pramaan International Conference 2026 on Tuesday, bringing together scholars, researchers, doctoral students, and industry practitioners to discuss how leadership, organisations, and management research are evolving in an increasingly digital world.
Themed "Leadership in the Digital Age," the conference received 170 submissions from across India and abroad. Organisers accepted 93 of the submissions, featuring 59 research presentations that included 41 research papers and 18 academic posters. Participants represented more than 26 institutions globally.
The two-day programme combined research-focused workshops, keynote addresses, an editors' panel, research presentations, and an industry-academia discussion. Pre-conference workshops covered practical topics including research gap identification, grounded theory, case research, quantitative research design, and big data analytics to help researchers enhance their methodological rigour.
Mahindra University Vice Chancellor Dr Yajulu Medury emphasised that leadership in the current era requires more than just technical expertise.
"It calls for the ability to understand change, question established assumptions and make informed decisions in an increasingly complex environment," Dr Medury said. "Pramaan 2026 reflects Mahindra University’s commitment to creating platforms where rigorous research, industry experience and academic dialogue come together to address the challenges shaping organisations and society."
