HMDA Generates Rs 6.57 Crore in Inmulnarva Layout Plot e-Auction at Kothur

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) generated Rs 6.57 crore in revenue on Thursday following the e-auction of residential plots at Inmulnarva Layout at Kothur in Ranga Reddy district.

The urban development authority conducted the online bidding process for 60 residential plots situated within the layout, of which 20 plots were successfully auctioned off.

According to an official press release issued regarding the sale, the highest bid recorded during the auction reached Rs 21,000 per square yard. The overall weighted average rate for the sold residential plots stood at Rs 16,725 per square yard.

The authority noted in its release that the response received during the e-auction highlights the investment potential of the area as well as the growing demand among buyers for the Inmulnarva layout.
