Heavy Rain Hits Banjara Hills as Yellow Alert Issued for Hyderabad

Moderate to heavy rainfall lashed Banjara Hills and surrounding localities of Hyderabad around midnight on Monday, with weather reports forecasting continued cloudy skies and scattered rain across the city over the next two days.
The midnight downpour brought heavy showers to several key central areas, including Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Ameerpet, and Khairatabad.
According to reports, cloudy conditions accompanied by light drizzles are expected from morning to afternoon in parts of the city. One or two spells of scattered light to moderate rain are likely during the late afternoon and will continue into the overnight hours, particularly in the Cyberabad region.
No weather alert was issued for the Cyberabad region until the afternoon. However, a yellow alert has been put in place for the late afternoon to overnight period.
Daytime temperatures across the city are expected to range between 29°C and 31°C, while minimum temperatures are likely to remain between 23°C and 25°C.
