Fire on Fifth Floor of Mehdipatnam Apartment Triggers Panic

Late on Saturday night, a major fire broke out on the fifth floor of FHASS Residency, a residential apartment building located opposite Madina Masjid in Vijaya Nagar Colony, Mehdipatnam. The sudden blaze triggered widespread panic among the building's residents as thick, heavy smoke quickly rose and engulfed the upper floors of the structure.

Despite the intensity of the smoke and the threat of the fire, emergency officials confirmed that no casualties or injuries were reported in the incident.

Upon receiving the alert from residents, the local fire department rushed to the scene in Mehdipatnam. To combat the fire and prevent it from spreading further through the residential complex, three fire tenders were immediately pressed into service.

The responding firefighters worked to bring the blaze under control. Their timely efforts were successful in containing the fire on the fifth floor, preventing the flames from spreading to other apartments or sections of the FHASS Residency building.

According to preliminary reports from the emergency services on the ground, the fire may have been triggered by an electrical short circuit on the fifth floor.

The prompt action of the fire department ensured that the situation in the busy Mehdipatnam neighborhood was brought under control without any loss of life or injuries, bringing relief to the panicked residents of Vijaya Nagar Colony. No other properties in the immediate vicinity of Vijaya Nagar Colony were affected by the incident.
