Cyberabad Municipal Corporation Receives 45 Grievances at Monday Prajavani

A total of 45 public grievances were submitted during the Prajavani program held on Monday at the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) head office in Hyderabad.

According to municipal officials, issues regarding town planning accounted for the majority of the representations submitted during the event. Out of the 45 total grievances received, 25 complaints pertained to town planning matters.

Engineering issues formed the second largest category of grievances raised by citizens, with 11 representations registered. Sanitation matters and finance and accounts recorded two grievances each.

Single representations were submitted across several other departments. Officials recorded one grievance each relating to administration, lakes, projects, property tax, and urban biodiversity.

To manage and monitor the grievances, officials confirmed that all 45 submissions have been assigned unique Grievance IDs for systematic tracking. Heads of Departments reviewed each representation during the session and directed the concerned officers to examine the matters and take necessary action for early resolution.
