CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026 Set For August 28-30 At Hitex

CREDAI Hyderabad, the city chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India, has announced that the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026 will be held from August 28 to 30 at the Hitex Exhibition Centre.

The three-day event will feature more than 100 Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) approved projects from member developers associated with the organization.

CREDAI Hyderabad president N. Jaideep Reddy stated that many prospective homebuyers continue to postpone their property purchases in anticipation of a fall in real estate prices across the city. However, he noted that Hyderabad’s rapid infrastructure expansion and the growing demand for quality residential spaces have continued to drive property values.

"The reality of Hyderabad is that infrastructure is expanding rapidly, and the demand for quality spaces is only multiplying," Reddy said. "Property values are directly linked to the city’s growth. Through the property show, we aim to bring the finest RERA-approved projects under one roof and encourage families to make informed investment decisions instead of waiting for prices to decline."

Through the showcase at Hitex, CREDAI Hyderabad aims to provide a single platform for families to explore certified real estate projects and make informed investment choices.
