BRS Demands Construction of 6,000 Indiramma Houses in Secunderabad Cantonment

Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) spokesperson Manne Krishank has demanded the immediate construction of 6,000 Indiramma houses on an eight-acre plot in Survey No. 157/1 in the Secunderabad Cantonment constituency. Krishank led a protest at the project site, accusing the Congress government of failing to honour its housing commitments.

During the demonstration, party leaders gathered at the site holding placards and raising slogans against the state government over the delay in implementing the housing promise. The protest focused on holding the administration accountable for pending welfare initiatives in the constituency.

Addressing the gathering at the site, Krishank stated that the Congress government was bringing disrepute to former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi by naming welfare schemes after her without properly executing them. He pointed out that the administration had completed 1,000 days in office while continuing to leave key promises unfulfilled.

Krishank further accused the ruling government of engaging in land dealings for commissions using state land, alleging that farmers, women, youth, and employees were facing ongoing hardships under the current administration.

He affirmed that the BRS would continue to raise public issues and question the government regarding its administrative failures. Krishank stated that the party would sustain its fight until all eligible beneficiaries receive their promised welfare benefits.
