Woman Dies in Katedan After Husband Pushes Her During Argument Over Food

A 30-year-old woman died on August 9 after her husband pushed her during an argument over food at their residence in Sriramnagar Colony at Katedan, under the Mailardevpally police station limits in Hyderabad. Police have taken her husband, Chandan Kumar, into custody and are investigating the incident.
The deceased was identified as Shiksha Anjali Kumari. According to the police, Kumari married Kumar on April 30 this year. The couple had frequent arguments over financial difficulties and domestic issues prior to the incident.
On August 9, a quarrel broke out between the couple over the food prepared by Kumari. During the argument, Kumar allegedly pushed her forcefully, causing her head to hit a wall. She lost consciousness following the impact.
She was immediately taken to Osmania General Hospital, with claims that she had lost consciousness. However, doctors at the hospital examined her and declared that she had already died.
Following the event, police took Chandan Kumar into custody. Mailardevpally police are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death.
