Vera Vita Living Launches Amaya Senior Living Project near Kandlakoya in Hyderabad

Vera Vita Living LLP has announced its entry into India’s premium senior living sector with Amaya, its flagship residential community being developed along the Outer Ring Road corridor near the Kandlakoya reserve forest in Hyderabad.

The company plans to invest approximately Rs 600 crore over a five-year period to build hospitality-led senior living developments across major cities in India, beginning with the project in Hyderabad.

Founded by entrepreneurs Arudradev Rao, Dhruv Badruka, and Tanay Saboo, Vera Vita Living LLP aims to build active residential communities designed for seniors seeking an independent lifestyle.

The Amaya project is situated within a 13-acre master plan. Phase 1 of the development will occupy approximately 3 acres and will house 256 residential units.

The units in the initial phase will come in 1, 2, 2.5, 3, and 3.5 BHK layouts, with unit sizes ranging from around 950 square feet to 2,400 square feet.

The community will integrate private residential homes with shared spaces and hospitality-oriented amenities. Offerings planned for residents include wellness programs, preventive healthcare support, dining facilities, recreational spaces, concierge services, and professionally managed on-site assistance.
