The new facility, registered under the name Nationwide Global Services Center Private Limited (also known as Nationwide India), has been launched to significantly strengthen the company's global operations.
The Hyderabad center is designed to support business growth, continuous innovation, and local talent development under a new 24/7 operating model. Nationwide has adopted this round-the-clock operational approach to enhance its overall organizational agility, strengthen its decision-making processes, and accelerate the pace of innovation.

Under Jaswal's leadership, associates at the Hyderabad office will play a critical role in advancing the company's global strategies. Local employees will be responsible for building essential capabilities, supporting the core business, and driving increased speed and productivity across the entire multinational organization.
Jaswal emphasized the strategic advantages of establishing a physical presence in Telangana. He stated that the Hyderabad campus will enable Nationwide to effectively meet increased business demands and achieve its long-term growth goals. He added that the highly skilled talent market in India and the already established global capability ecosystem in Hyderabad made the city an ideal choice for the new office.
The launch was also recognized by local government leadership. IT Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu commented on the development, stating that Hyderabad has successfully emerged as one of the world’s leading innovation destinations for the banking, finance, insurance, and capital markets sectors.
