UNOX Hosts Exclusive Chefs Table Event to Showcase Kitchen Tech in Hyderabad

Italian commercial oven manufacturer UNOX, alongside fellow Italian brands IRINOX and BERKEL, hosted an exclusive Chefs’ Table event in Hyderabad on Friday. The gathering brought together several of the city’s celebrated culinary professionals to showcase innovative cooking techniques, advanced kitchen technology, and culinary creativity.

The event, which took place in Hyderabad, aimed to encourage industry collaboration, learning, and inspiration among culinary professionals. It served as a platform to demonstrate the capabilities of advanced professional kitchen technology when paired with high-level culinary craftsmanship.

A group of prominent local chefs participated in the event, including Satyanarayana Pandari, Ananda Shankar Chatterjee, Sameer Ali, Naresh Vegunta, Amanna Raju, and Suresh DC. They worked alongside Nikhil Rastogi, the corporate chef team leader at UNOX India and South East Asia, and Gianluca Ortu, the corporate chef coordinator at IRINOX.

The collaborative event highlighted the convergence of culinary talent and advanced professional kitchen technology. By bringing together these renowned Italian brands—UNOX, IRINOX, and BERKEL—the event demonstrated how modern kitchen equipment can enhance culinary creativity and efficiency for professional chefs.

During the Chefs’ Table experience, guests were treated to a specially curated menu. Each dish presented during the event was designed to reflect the unique style, creativity, and expertise of the participating culinary experts.

The chefs utilized the advanced kitchen technology to showcase a diverse range of professional cooking techniques. The demonstrations included roasting, steaming, hot smoking, grilling, cold smoking, and baking, highlighting the versatility of the equipment.

Speaking on the significance of the event, Vikram Goel, the regional director for UNOX India and South East Asia, emphasized the value of bringing the industry together. Goel stated that the opportunity to celebrate culinary talent while fostering conversations, learning, and inspiration across the industry is what makes such evenings special.
