Unidentified man found stabbed to death near ART theatre in Vanasthalipuram

An unidentified man was found brutally murdered with stab wounds on a roadside near Panama, close to the ART theatre in the Vanasthalipuram locality of Hyderabad. The violent crime is believed to have taken place on Saturday night, and the victim's body was subsequently discovered on Sunday morning, July 12, 2026.

The discovery was made by local residents who were passing by the roadside near the ART theatre on Sunday morning. Upon spotting the lifeless body of the man, the locals immediately contacted the Vanasthalipuram police to report the situation.

In response to the alert, a team of police officers from the Vanasthalipuram police station rushed to the spot. During their initial examination of the scene, the police officers found multiple stab wounds on the victim's body, which pointed directly to a brutal murder.

Following the inspection of the crime scene, the Vanasthalipuram police officially registered a case regarding the murder. The officers then arranged for the body of the deceased man to be shifted from the roadside to the Osmania General Hospital (OGH) mortuary. The body is currently being preserved at the OGH mortuary to facilitate the identification process.

The police have launched an active investigation to solve the case. At this stage, the identity of the deceased man has not yet been established. The Vanasthalipuram police are making efforts to identify the victim, determine the exact reasons behind the murder, and track down the killers who carried out the stabbing.
