Two Students Injured After Sound Box Collapses at Yash's Toxic Event in Hyderabad

Two students were seriously injured after a sound box setup collapsed during a pre-release promotional event for actor Yash's upcoming movie Toxic, held at Malla Reddy University in Hyderabad.
According to reports, the equipment fell unexpectedly during the gathering on the university campus. One female student lost consciousness following the impact and was immediately shifted to a hospital for medical treatment.
The event was organised as part of promotions for the high-profile film Toxic, which features Yash in the lead role alongside an ensemble cast including Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria, and Rukmini Vasanth.
The feature film has been written and directed by Geetu Mohandas. It is being jointly produced by Venkat K. Narayana and Yash under the banners of KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations.
Toxic has been shot simultaneously in Kannada and English. The movie is scheduled to be released across multiple languages, including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam, with a worldwide theatrical release set for August 26, 2026.
