Two BTech Students Killed as Mini Truck Hits Group in Ibrahimpatnam

Two first-year BTech students died and three other people sustained injuries after a mini truck allegedly struck a group of students near Guru Nanak College in Ibrahimpatnam on Wednesday night.
According to the police, the deceased have been identified as 17-year-old Asala Harsha Vardhan, a native of Nizamabad, and 17-year-old Morra Shiva Raju from Nirmal. Both were first-year engineering students enrolled at Guru Nanak College.
Harsha Vardhan and three of his fellow students had stepped out together after dinner. While the group was returning, the mini truck allegedly rammed into them.
Harsha Vardhan died on the spot following the impact. Shiva Raju and two other students, identified as Ananthula Akshay Kumar and Kadathala Koumudh Reddy, suffered injuries and were shifted to a nearby hospital for medical care. Shiva Raju later succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment.
A 50-year-old passenger who was travelling in the mini truck, identified as Buri Naraiah, was also injured in the collision.
