Theresa Xavier Wins First NIMS Best Performance Award for MHM Students

Theresa Xavier has received the first-ever best performance award instituted for Master of Hospital Management (MHM) students by the Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) in Hyderabad.

The award was officially presented during the Independence Day celebrations held at the institute. Xavier was among several doctors, nursing staff, administrative officers, and employees who were recognized and felicitated at the event for their overall performance and dedication.

Speaking at the occasion, NIMS Liaison Officer Dr. Martha Ramesh thanked institute director Prof. Dr. Rahul Devraj, dean Prof. Dr. Chandrasekhar, executive registrar Prof. Dr. Paranjyothi, medical superintendent Dr. Nimma Satyanarayana, and head of department Dr. Lakshmi Bhaskar for their support in instituting the recognition.

Dr. Ramesh noted that the newly introduced award is designed to encourage MHM students to excel in their academic pursuits. He expressed hope that more students would achieve academic excellence and receive the honour in the coming years.
