TGSRTC Bus Routes Diverted Around KBR Park Causing Commuter Confusion

Commuters relying on Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) bus services faced widespread disruptions and confusion due to traffic diversions implemented around KBR Park. Passengers travelling on key city routes, including 222A, 47L, 10H, and 127K, experienced inconvenience as several designated bus stops along these corridors were either relocated or removed entirely.

Route 10H, which operates between Secunderabad and Kondapur, saw its regular path diverted to run via Yusufguda X Roads, Vengatgiri, Navayuga, Peddamma Gudi, and Madhapur Police Station. On its return leg, the service operated along a reverse route passing through Peddamma Gudi, Navayuga, Vengatgiri, Yusufguda X Roads, and Maitrivanam.

On route 222A, operating between Koti and Patancheru, buses were diverted through Nagarjuna Circle, L.V. Prasad, Basavatarakam Hospital, BRS Bhavan, MLA Colony, Journalist Colony, Jubilee Hills Check Post, and Peddamma Gudi. The return service from Patancheru to Koti followed a path passing through Peddamma Gudi, Jubilee Hills Check Post, Annapurna Studios, and L.V. Prasad before continuing toward Koti.

Commuters on route 127K, which connects Koti and Kondapur, were routed via Lakdikapul, Pension House, MLA Colony, Apollo Hospital, Road No. 45, and Madhapur Police Station. For the return journey towards Masab Tank, buses ran through Road No. 45, Journalist Colony, Jubilee Hills Check Post, Annapurna Studios, L.V. Prasad, Basavatarakam Hospital, BRS Bhavan, and MLA Colony.

Similarly, route 47L connecting Secunderabad and Manikonda operated along a diverted alignment via TV9, L.V. Prasad Hospital, Basavatarakam Hospital, MLA Colony, and Film Nagar. On the return trip from Manikonda back to Secunderabad, buses operated via Film Nagar, Apollo Hospital, Journalist Colony, L.V. Prasad Hospital, and TV9 before reaching their destination.

The altered routes and shifting of established stops left daily passengers uncertain about boarding locations across the affected Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills vicinities surrounding KBR Park.
