TGIIC Raidurg Land Auction Fetches Record Rs 264 Crore Per Acre

The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) has generated Rs 1,386 crore from the e-auction of a 5.25-acre prime multi-use land plot at Raidurg in Hyderabad, with the winning bid touching a record Rs 264 crore per acre.
The land parcel, designated as Plot No. P1, had been put up for auction against a reserve price of Rs 175 crore per acre. The final bid of Rs 264 crore per acre marked a 50.9 percent premium over the reserve price, underscoring strong demand for prime real estate in the area, according to TGIIC officials.
The bidding outcome reflects an increase in land values in Raidurg compared to earlier transactions this year. In May, a previous TGIIC land auction in the locality fetched Rs 237 crore per acre.
The bidding process was conducted digitally through the MSTC e-Auction platform. Real estate services firm JLL served as the exclusive transaction advisor for the sale to ensure transparency and enable competitive bidding among leading national developers.
TGIIC Vice-Chairman and Managing Director K Shashanka stated that the outcome of the Plot P1 auction reflected the confidence and conviction of the developer community in Telangana.
Officials added that TGIIC continues to drive industrial and infrastructure development across Telangana through strategic land monetization, transparent allocation mechanisms, and infrastructure delivery.
