Ten Injured After Lorry Crashes Into Hyderabad Bound Private Bus In Jogulamba Gadwal

Ten passengers were seriously injured, with five in critical condition, after a lorry crashed into a private travels bus from behind at Manavapadu in Jogulamba Gadwal district. The incident occurred early Sunday morning on the highway route connecting Hindupur to Hyderabad.

The private travels bus was carrying a total of 22 passengers at the time of the collision. According to the police, the bus was travelling towards Hyderabad when the lorry rammed into the rear of the vehicle with great force.

Following the collision, emergency response teams and local police officials rushed to the spot in Manavapadu to secure the area and assist the victims. Ten passengers who sustained severe injuries in the crash were immediately evacuated from the vehicle.

The injured victims were shifted to the Kurnool Government Hospital for medical treatment. Hospital authorities are monitoring the five passengers whose conditions were described as critical.

The police have registered a case regarding the incident. A formal investigation has been launched by the local authorities to establish the sequence of events that led to the lorry crashing into the passenger bus.
