Tellapur Traffic Diversions Begin August 22 for Storm Water Drain Work

Cyberabad Traffic Police will enforce extensive traffic diversions in Tellapur for 25 days starting August 22 to facilitate the construction of a storm water drain with a reinforced cement concrete (RCC) pipeline.

Under the traffic management plan, one side of the road stretch between SBI Bank and MM Wine Mart will remain completely closed to ensure the smooth execution of the construction work. Vehicular movement will be regulated on the opposite carriageway throughout the 25-day construction period.

According to the traffic police advisory, vehicles moving from Nallagandla Circle towards Tellapur, Osman Nagar, and Outer Ring Road (ORR) Exit-2 will be diverted through the available single carriageway between the SBI Tellapur U-Turn and the MM Wines U-Turn.

Motorists travelling from Nallagandla towards Osman Nagar and Kollur have also been provided an alternative route. These vehicles may take the detour via Neo Mall, Gopanpally X Road, Aliens Junction, and Osman Nagar before proceeding towards Kollur using the ORR service road.

Traffic moving from Tellapur Circle towards RC Puram will be redirected via the Saibaba Temple, the Railway underbridge, and Old MIG before continuing onward to RC Puram.

Additionally, commuters travelling from Kollur and Osman Nagar toward Gachibowli who normally travel via Nallagandla are advised to take an alternate corridor. They can use the route passing through Aliens Junction, My Home Sayuk, Gopanpally Junction, Gowlidoddi, Wipro Circle, and IIT Junction to reach Gachibowli.
