Telangana to Hold Draws for 7,340 Indiramma Housing Flats in Hyderabad

The Telangana government will conduct lucky draws from Friday, August 28, to Monday, August 31, 2026, to select beneficiaries for 7,340 affordable flats in Indiramma Housing towers across the Core Urban Region (CURE) in Hyderabad.
The flats are spread across 16 Assembly constituencies in the CURE area, with the lottery scheduled to cover four constituencies on each day.
Telangana Housing Board Vice Chairman V.P. Gautham said that the lucky draws will be streamed live on the board's official website, tghb.telangana.gov.in, as well as on its Facebook and Instagram handles.
Due to space constraints, security protocols, and operational reasons, not all applicants will be permitted inside the draw centres. However, the authorities are arranging screens outside and near the venues to allow people to watch the proceedings live.
Mr. Gautham urged applicants who are not selected in this round not to lose hope, stating that they can apply in the subsequent phases of the housing scheme. The state government plans to construct a total of one lakh Indiramma Houses across the Hyderabad CURE region, starting with a pilot project of 480 flats in each constituency.
Applications for another 1,920 flats across four additional constituencies remain open until September 3, 2026. Applicants declared ineligible for this scheme will also have the option to apply for upcoming Middle Income Group (MIG) housing projects planned by the government.
