Telangana Launches Online Portal to Track Private School Grievances

The Telangana School Education Department has launched an online complaint monitoring system in Hyderabad to facilitate the lodging and tracking of grievances relating to private schools across the state.

The digital platform enables parents, students, and members of the public to submit complaints directly to the authorities. The facility is accessible through the department's official website at schooledu.telangana.gov.in.

To file a grievance, complainants must log in using their mobile phone number and a One-Time Password (OTP). Once submitted, the system provides a tracking mechanism that allows users to monitor the status and progress of their complaints using either their registered mobile number or a generated grievance ID.

Dr. E Naveen Nicolas, Director of the School Education Department, stated that the public should utilise the online facility to bring genuine grievances, accompanied by accurate information, to the notice of the department.
