Telangana Housing Board Lists 18 Sites For Indiramma Towers, Draws From August 27

The Telangana Housing Board has released site details for proposed Indiramma Housing towers across 18 locations in 16 Assembly constituencies within the Outer Ring Road in the Hyderabad region, ahead of beneficiary selection draws scheduled to begin on August 27.
The details include landmarks, survey numbers, Assembly constituency names, and the number of proposed flats at each location. The 16 constituencies covered under this first phase include Amberpet, Bahadurpura, Ibrahimpatnam, Karwan, Khairatabad, Kukatpally, Maheshwaram, Malakpet, Malkajgiri, Medchal, Nampally, Quthbullapur, Rajendranagar, Sanathnagar, Secunderabad Cantonment, and Serilingampally.
The State government had initially sought applications for 7,680 affordable flats across these 16 constituencies starting July 21, with the submission deadline later extended to August 15. The total number of units was subsequently revised down to 7,340 after the proposed housing in the Secunderabad Cantonment constituency had to be reduced due to restrictions on building height.
Over 60,000 applications were submitted for the 7,340 flats under the first notification. The Housing Board will conduct lotteries to select the final beneficiaries starting August 27, holding draws for four constituencies each day.
In addition to the initial 16 segments, the Board issued a second notification inviting applications for housing units in four more Assembly constituencies: L.B. Nagar, Goshamahal, Musheerabad, and Chandrayangutta. The deadline for applications in these four constituencies is September 3, 2026, and the specific tower locations for these areas are scheduled to be uploaded at a later stage.
