The Telangana government has established a control room in Hyderabad to assist families following a boat capsize incident near Phu Quoc Island in Vietnam. The accident involved several Indian tourists, including travellers from the state of Telangana.
According to an official note issued by the General Administration (NRI) Department on July 11, the control room was set up to facilitate active coordination and provide critical information to the families of those who have been affected by the incident.
To ensure immediate assistance and support, the state government has released four dedicated helpline numbers. Families can reach out to the authorities by dialing 9885371189, 7997959754, 9989654807, or 7997959779.
