Telangana Delegation Meets Cambridge Team to Explore Education Ties in Hyderabad

An official TelanganaRising delegation led by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy met with an academic team from Cambridge University to discuss establishing collaborative educational and research initiatives in Hyderabad.
During the meeting, Revanth Reddy presented opportunities for premier international institutions to partner with the state in building a top global knowledge hub. He was accompanied by IT and Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu, Advisor and Ex-Officio Special Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister's Office K. Ramakrishna Rao, and Special Chief Secretary for Municipal Administration and Urban Development Jayesh Ranjan.
The Cambridge academic team included Prof Jaideep Prabhu, the Government of India sponsored chair of Marketing at Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS), and Prof Venkata Serish Gandikota of CJBS, who also serves as co-chair of Frugal AI. Both representatives expressed strong enthusiasm for partnering with Telangana.
Following the discussions, the two sides agreed to establish a framework for collaboration. The agreement covers providing education in Hyderabad, pursuing academic research, and fostering the incubation of entrepreneurship.
