This backing includes expedited approvals, necessary infrastructure, investment incentives, and skill development programs.

According to a release from the Minister’s office, the government is actively working to establish Telangana as a semiconductor manufacturing hub. Sridhar Babu highlighted potential investment opportunities across multiple sectors, including electronics, Life Sciences, aerospace and defence, advanced manufacturing, precision engineering, automobiles, and automation.

The Minister noted that German companies could leverage Telangana’s talent pool and industrial ecosystem, while the state aims to benefit from Germany’s expertise in precision engineering and advanced technology. He also sought the delegation’s support in establishing a dedicated Telangana-Germany logistics corridor to streamline goods movement and boost access for local exporters to European markets.

Additionally, Sridhar Babu requested the GIBA delegation to promote the upcoming Telangana Rising Global Summit 2026, scheduled to take place on December 7, 8, and 9, and encourage German industrial leaders to participate.
