Sridhar Babu to Hear Public Grievances at Gandhi Bhavan in Nampally

IT and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu Garu will participate in the "Prajala Tho Mukhamukhi" (Face-to-Face with the People) public grievance programme at Gandhi Bhavan in Nampally on Wednesday. The minister will be present at the venue to directly receive petitions and representations from the public between 11 am and 1 pm.

The interactive "Prajala Tho Mukhamukhi" session at Gandhi Bhavan allows common citizens as well as party workers to meet face-to-face with key decision-makers. Attendees will have the opportunity to submit their personal petitions, individual grievances, and requests concerning local development directly to the minister.

A key objective of the interaction is to ensure on-the-spot resolution for matters brought before the leadership. Under this system, minor complaints and urgent issues presented during the session will either be acted upon immediately or forwarded directly to the government department concerned and the respective district Collectors for action.

For representations that require further administrative handling, all applications logged during the Wednesday meeting will be coordinated with the relevant government departments. The grievance mechanism aims to deliver status updates or complete remedial measures within a targeted 10 to 15-day window.

Gandhi Bhavan hosts the "Prajala Tho Mukhamukhi" public grievance program as a regular weekly event every Wednesday from 11 am to 1 pm. The recurring sessions feature designated state ministers who listen directly to public petitions and work toward addressing community concerns.
