Software Engineer Killed, Two Injured in Khajaguda Bike Accident

A software employee died on the spot and two others sustained serious injuries following a road accident near the Engineering Staff College in Khajaguda, under the Raidurgam police station limits, in the early hours of Saturday.

The incident occurred when three young men were travelling together on a single motorcycle. According to reports, the rider lost control of the two-wheeler while taking a turn towards the main road near CARE Hospital, causing the vehicle to skid heavily on the road.

The deceased has been identified as Abbas Siddique, who suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. The two pillion riders, identified as Sahasra Chattopadhyay and Abhishek Singh, sustained severe injuries in the fall.

Following the incident, local authorities and emergency responders shifted the two injured individuals to a nearby private hospital for immediate medical treatment. The body of Abbas Siddique was shifted to Osmania General Hospital for a post-mortem examination.

Investigators noted that the motorcycle involved in the accident bore a West Bengal registration number. The Raidurgam police have registered a case regarding the incident and have launched an investigation to establish the exact sequence of events leading to the crash.
