HYDERABAD — Six net bowlers have joined the Indian cricket squad in Hyderabad to assist the team in its build-up to the upcoming Test match against Afghanistan.

According to a BCCI media release issued on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, the group of six bowlers includes Gurjapneet Singh, Auqib Nabi, and Prince Yadav. They are joined by Saransh Jain, Zeeshan Ansari, and Shivang Kumar.

The move is aimed at strengthening the Indian team's training and preparation ahead of the match, which is scheduled to take place later this week.

The six players have joined the squad's camp to serve as net bowlers, providing key support to the Indian batters during their practice sessions. The inclusion of these bowlers is expected to bolster the team's training regimen in the days leading up to the weekend Test match.
