SCR Adds Temporary Stoppage for Four Trains at Hi-Tech City Station

South Central Railway will provide temporary stoppages for four trains at the Hi-Tech City railway station from October 9 to October 26 to manage the heavy passenger rush at Lingampalli and Secunderabad stations during the Dasara festival season.

The 18-day arrangement is aimed at easing passenger traffic and controlling additional crowds at the primary boarding terminals across Hyderabad during the busy festive travel period.

The four services provided with the temporary halts connect Lingampalli with Narasapur and Kakinada Town. Timings for the scheduled arrivals and departures have been specified for both directions.

Train No 17255 Narasapur – Lingampalli will stop at Hi-Tech City at 04.45 and depart at 04.46. On the return route, Train No 17256 Lingampalli – Narasapur will arrive at Hi-Tech City at 21.08 and depart at 21.09.

For the Kakinada route, Train No 12775 Kakinada Town – Lingampalli will halt at Hi-Tech City at 07.10 and leave at 07.11. In the reverse direction, Train No 12776 Lingampalli – Kakinada Town will arrive at 19.08 and depart at 19.09.

South Central Railway noted that passengers who have already reserved their journeys starting from Lingampalli on these four trains can change their boarding point to Hi-Tech City station if required. The boarding point change can be done without any additional charges, following standard procedures.

Railway authorities appealed to rail users to utilise the facility at Hi-Tech City to ensure a hassle-free and comfortable journey during the festive season.
