Raj Allada Elected President of North America Telugu Society

The North America Telugu Society (NATS) has officially announced its new Executive Committee for the 2026–2028 term, electing New Jersey-based technology executive Raj Allada as its President. The announcement of the new leadership team was made in Hyderabad on June 2, 2026, marking the transition of leadership for the prominent community organization.
Raj Allada, who has been an integral part of NATS since 2009, has a long history of service with the organization. Over the last several years, he has worked as a dedicated volunteer and has served as a multiple-time NATS Board Member. In his new role as President, Allada will lead the newly elected team of office-bearers to oversee various programs, services, and organizational initiatives.
The newly announced Executive Committee comprises several key members who will handle different portfolios. Rajesh Kandru has been elected as the Vice President for Programmes, and Anudeep Arla will take charge as the Vice President for Finance and Marketing. Rajyalaxmi Chilukuri has been appointed as the Vice President for Services.
The administrative roles within the committee will be managed by Sudheer Mikkilineni, who will serve as the Secretary, and Ram Naresh Kommanaboyina, who has been elected as the Treasurer. Supporting them in these roles are Joint Secretary Bhanu Lanka and Joint Treasurer Venkata Sakamuri.
Following the announcement, NATS Board Chairman Kishore Kancharla offered his congratulations to President Raj Allada and the rest of the newly elected Executive Committee members. The incoming team is prepared to carry forward the organization's vision and manage its community-focused initiatives over the 2026–2028 term.
The transition marks a new chapter for the North America Telugu Society as the newly elected office-bearers begin their work of supervising the diverse array of programs, services, and organizational goals planned for the upcoming 2026–2028 term.
