Raidurg Land Auction Fetches Record Rs 269 Crore Per Acre Bid

The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) has generated Rs 1,447.22 crore from the auction of a 5.38-acre land parcel, designated as Plot P2, located at Raidurg in Hyderabad. The winning bid reached a record Rs 269 crore per acre.

The development follows the auction of the adjacent Plot P1 held last week, which reached Rs 264 crore per acre and generated Rs 1,386 crore. Officials confirmed that 25 percent of the auction value from Plot P1 has already been received as the first stage payment.

Together, the two successive land auctions in Raidurg have yielded Rs 2,833.22 crore for a total of 10.63 acres. The combined sales achieved an average price realisation of Rs 266.53 crore per acre.

TGIIC Vice Chairman and Managing Director K Shashanka described the bidding as a strong endorsement of investor confidence in Hyderabad and Telangana, pointing to the sustained attractiveness of Raidurg as a premier commercial and investment destination.

The land auctions were conducted online through the MSTC e-Auction platform. Real estate services firm JLL acted as the exclusive transaction advisor, assisting TGIIC with market positioning, investor engagement, and competitive price discovery.
