Radio Bar Celebrates First Anniversary in Hitec City

Radio Bar, a prominent venue in Hitec City, Hyderabad, celebrated its first anniversary with a festive evening featuring signature cocktails, globally inspired appetisers, and music. The milestone event marked one year since the establishment opened, drawing a crowd of local DJs, regular patrons, and first-time visitors to celebrate the community the venue has built.

The anniversary event featured a lively atmosphere, with local DJs setting the mood as the venue filled with guests. The celebration highlighted the bar's contemporary approach to comfort food and its curated drink menu, marking a successful first year in the local nightlife scene.

The culinary offerings for the evening included a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian small plates. Among the vegetarian options, the Avocado Jalapeño Cheese Bite featured a creamy filling balanced by the subtle heat of jalapeños. The Charred Cottage Cheese Skewers were smoky and well-marinated, while the Beetroot Curry Croquette combined earthy sweetness and aromatic spices in a crisp shell. The menu also featured Rajma Galouti, an inventive vegetarian take on the classic kebab, which offered a soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture.

For non-vegetarian guests, the selection included the Chicken Thecha Tikka, which packed a fiery punch with bold Maharashtrian flavours. The Green Harissa Chicken Skewer introduced a refreshing herbaceous note, while the Balsamic Lamb Bombs offered tender bites of lamb elevated by balsamic sweetness. Seafood lovers were served Chilli Prawn Spring Rolls, featuring crisp pastry and juicy prawns coated in a mildly spicy filling.

The beverage menu featured themed cocktails designed for the occasion. Guests sampled the "Radio 2.0," a drink crafted with Greater Than gin, kaffir lime, and yuzu-inspired citrus notes. Another featured cocktail was the "Tune It Twist," which paired Tanqueray No Ten with cucumber and litchi juice to create a light, fruity beverage.

The event successfully celebrated the venue's first year of operations, setting the stage for future gatherings in the neighbourhood.
