QualityKiosk Technologies Opens New AI Engineering Hub in HITEC City

QualityKiosk Technologies has opened a new engineering hub in HITEC City, Hyderabad, expanding its presence in India amid rising enterprise spending on artificial intelligence, digital reliability, and transformation programmes.

The Mumbai-headquartered digital quality and engineering firm stated that the new facility in HITEC City will bolster its technical capabilities across several key domains. These focus areas include artificial intelligence reliability engineering, AI assurance, agentic engineering, product engineering, CloudOps, and automation.

The facility is set to support the company's existing 40-plus-member Hyderabad team. This workforce includes delivery leaders, banking and capital markets specialists, AI reliability and quality engineers, and automation experts, as well as personnel handling marketing, branding, demand generation, channel partnerships, and sales.

According to the company, the local team currently serves global capability centres (GCCs), banks, insurers, capital markets firms, and pharmaceutical enterprises based in Hyderabad. QualityKiosk also indicated that it has further expansion planned for the centre.

Established in 2000, QualityKiosk operates in more than 25 countries worldwide. Alongside its international offices in Princeton, San Jose, Dubai, Singapore, Manila, Hong Kong, and Jakarta, the firm runs domestic engineering centres in Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad.

The organisation caters to clients across multiple industries, including banking, insurance, automotive, manufacturing, telecommunications, airlines, consumer goods, healthcare, and digital-native sectors.
