Preckon Launches AI Construction Intelligence Platform in UAE Market

Dr. E. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, Consul General of India in Dubai, officially launched Preckon, an AI-native construction intelligence platform, marking the company's entry into the United Arab Emirates market. The platform was developed by Canadian and Indian entrepreneurs to accelerate digital transformation within the Middle East construction sector.

The venture was co-founded by Sreedhar Gonepally, CEO and Co-Founder of AIGCC LLC-FZ and President of the Canada Chapter of the World Telugu IT Council (WTITC), along with technology entrepreneur Uma Mahesh Mukkara. Preckon's regional expansion strategy and market entry were facilitated by Sundeep Kumar Makthala, who provided end-to-end support in stakeholder engagement, ecosystem partnerships, branding, and government outreach.

Powered by artificial intelligence, Preckon is designed to automate pre-construction planning, optimize cost estimation, analyze engineering drawings and tender documents, and provide real-time project intelligence.

Following the launch event, the delegation held strategic meetings with senior officials from the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) and met with the leadership of the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP).
