The police breakthrough was achieved through the detailed analysis of CCTV footage and local intelligence inputs, which helped the special teams track down and apprehend the suspects.
During the operation, police seized 21 stolen motorcycles, a car used by the gang, three mobile phones, and various tools used to commit the crimes. The seized tools included screwdrivers, cutters, electrical switches, and master keys.
Investigations by the Pet-Basheerabad police revealed that the gang was involved in at least 19 cases, with potential links to up to 21 motorcycle theft cases across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
