Police Arrest 10 Fake Doctors in Raids Across Medchal-Malkajgiri and Sangareddy

The Quthbullapur Special Operations Team (SOT) and RC Puram zonal teams, along with local police, raided 10 clinics across Medchal-Malkajgiri and Sangareddy districts and apprehended 10 unlicensed and unqualified medical practitioners.

During the coordinated raids, police teams inspected the establishments and confiscated various medical devices. Officers seized 10 stethoscopes, nine blood pressure machines, 10 thermometers, and other medical equipment used at the premises.

Quthbullapur Deputy Commissioner of Police N Koti Reddy stated that the accused individuals were found running the clinics without possessing the required medical qualifications or valid credentials.

Police discovered that several of the unauthorised clinics were offering paediatric consultations and administering treatment to children. Other facilities were found to have set up beds for admitting and treating patients on-site.

The police identified the 10 accused as Vurkala Buchaia, Mothukuri Sudhakar Chary, Darmagouni Anja Goud, Ramawath Prakash, Mekala Akshay Kumar, Kodi Narayana, G Prahalad, Konapala Buchi Babu, S Srinivas Rao, and P Gangaram.
