Phenom to Expand Telangana Footprint, Create Over 2,000 Jobs in India

Hyderabad: Applied AI firm Phenom has announced plans to expand its footprint in Telangana and create more than 2,000 additional jobs across India as part of its ongoing growth strategy.

The company, which specializes in Applied AI for human resources and workforce transformation, is set to deepen its presence in the country through increased investments in technology, talent, and innovation.

Phenom's expansion and strategic roadmap will be highlighted at its IAMPHENOM India 2026 conference, scheduled to take place on December 17 at Novotel Hyderabad. The gathering serves as a dedicated platform for Applied AI in HR and IT, bringing together human resources professionals, talent acquisition leaders, HRIT teams, and C-suite executives to discuss how AI can deliver measurable outcomes in recruitment, employee development, and workforce retention.

Mahe Bayireddi, CEO and Co-Founder of Phenom, stated that the future of work is being shaped by how organisations invest in their people. He added that IAMPHENOM India will help organizational leaders move from experimenting with artificial intelligence to transforming how people work, develop, and grow.

Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Greater Philadelphia, Phenom operates globally across Canada, India, Israel, the Netherlands, Germany, and the United Kingdom, with personnel located across approximately a dozen countries on six continents.

In India, Phenom's operations are centred in Hyderabad, alongside additional operational centres located in Visakhapatnam and Bengaluru. The planned addition of more than 2,000 employment opportunities and the expansion of its physical presence in Telangana mark the next phase of the company's investment in the region.
