Over 1,000 Cyberabad Traffic Police Screened at Yashoda Hospitals Health Camp

More than 1,000 traffic police personnel in Cyberabad participated in a free Pulmonology and Vascular Health Screening Camp on Thursday. The medical drive was organised by Yashoda Hospitals in collaboration with the Society for Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC), Cyberabad Police, and the Traffic Police.

The camp was designed to promote preventive healthcare, early diagnosis, and awareness regarding respiratory and vascular issues among personnel who regularly work in demanding weather and environmental conditions.

During the initiative, police personnel underwent specialised medical screenings for pulmonary and vascular health. Participating officers also received individual consultations and professional medical guidance from visiting specialists.

Medical experts at the camp stressed the importance of undergoing regular check-ups, noting that routine screening enables early identification of potential health risks and facilitates timely clinical intervention.

Cyberabad Commissioner of Police and SCSC Chairman M. Ramesh pointed out the demanding physical nature of traffic enforcement duties. He stated that regular health screenings are essential to uncover complications early and support prompt medical treatment.

Yashoda Hospitals Managing Director Dr G. S. Rao noted that traffic police personnel serve the public under difficult environmental conditions and underscored the ongoing need for regular diagnostic screenings and clinical guidance.
