Nishanth Doti's Film Sahaa Secures U/A Censor Certificate With Zero Cuts

The upcoming feature film "Sahaa (Life Of Sanju)" has cleared its censor board formalities, securing a U/A certificate with zero cuts ahead of its scheduled worldwide theatrical release on September 4.

Written and directed by Nishanth Doti, the film chronicles the journey of its protagonist through various stages of his life. With censor clearances now concluded, the movie's final official runtime has been locked at 2 hours and 28 minutes, including end credits and statutory advertisements.

The project features Shiva Kumar Kasaram and Swetha Lakshman in the lead roles, alongside Vrajana Pandya in a pivotal supporting character. The film is produced by Teja Velpucharla under the banner of Sumaira Studios.

The narrative is structured to balance romance and emotional drama. The first half features a love story set against a college backdrop, while the second half transitions into a more dramatic phase that builds toward a 40-minute emotional sequence in the lead-up to the conclusion.

Composer Shekar Chandra has composed the soundtrack and background score for the film, following the release of the promotional tracks, teaser, and trailer.

With all post-production clearances and statutory certifications now finalized, the production team is preparing for the film's multi-theatre rollout on September 4.
