Morning Rains Lash Hyderabad, ESS Kondapur Records Highest Rainfall of 15 mm

Several parts of Hyderabad, particularly across the Medchal Malkajgiri district, received rain on Monday morning, with drizzle persisting through the afternoon.

According to data recorded between 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. by the Telangana Development Planning Society, the highest rainfall of 15 mm was logged in ESS Kondapur. Keesara followed with 11.5 mm, while the Collectorate complex in Medchal recorded 7.0 mm during the same timeframe.

The India Meteorological Department, in its impact-based forecast issued at 9:00 a.m., stated that the sky over the city and its neighbourhood would remain cloudy on Monday.

The weather department also forecast light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by gusty winds for the city. Maximum and minimum temperatures were predicted to hover around 29°C and 23°C, respectively.
