Milad-un-Nabi Gatherings Begin at Nampally and Darussalam in Hyderabad

Congregational gatherings and preaching sessions commenced at the Exhibition Grounds in Nampally on Tuesday ahead of Milad-un-Nabi, which is scheduled to be observed on Wednesday across Hyderabad.

The preparatory events at the Exhibition Grounds included Quran recitals alongside sermons marking the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad.

In addition to the programmes at Nampally, the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) organised the Jalsa-e-Rahmatul-lil-Alameen at Darussalam. Party leaders Asaduddin Owaisi and Akbaruddin Owaisi addressed large gatherings at the venue, focusing on the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad.

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy extended greetings to the Muslim community on the occasion. He noted that the day commemorates the birth of Prophet Muhammad, whose values of peace, love, brotherhood, compassion, and humanity serve as an eternal ideal for society and a guiding force for global harmony.

Reddy stated that the state government accords high priority to the welfare and development of Muslim minorities and is actively working towards their social, economic, and educational upliftment. The Chief Minister also expressed his wishes that Milad-un-Nabi would bring peace, happiness, and brotherhood to all.
