Man Protests Near Pothole on Imlibun-Putlibowli Road in Hyderabad

A man staged a protest by sitting on the road near a large pothole along the Imlibun–Putlibowli stretch in Hyderabad, demanding that authorities urgently repair the damaged road.

The demonstration caused a major traffic jam in the area, leading to significant inconvenience for commuters. According to reports, the man sat directly on the road and refused to budge, stating that he would not leave until the damaged stretch was repaired.

Traffic Police personnel arrived at the spot after receiving alerts about the protest. Officers removed the man from the road and brought the situation under control, allowing vehicular movement to resume.

Following the protest, local residents urged the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Commissioner to take immediate steps to fill potholes and repair damaged roads to avoid potential accidents and prevent further hardship for commuters.
